Career Planning with Purpose

When you are busy working on your research, it can be hard to find time to think about career. However, a fulfilling career does not just happen - it takes time, effort and reflection.

This Worldwide Universities Network (WUN) Early Career Researcher Webinar Series session offers you the chance to start the process of planning for the career that is right for you. We will consider what is important to you and what you are looking to achieve. We will then think about how a 'career development plan' tailored to your needs can help to achieve your short and long term goals.

By the end of the session, you should be able to:

• Identify your career values and drivers
• Identify 2 or 3 meaningful career goals
• Formulate your own development plan to help achieve your goals.

Who can join?

As part of WUN's emerging collaborations with the African Research Universities Alliance (ARUA) and ASEAN University Network (AUN), early career researchers from ARUA anf AUN member universities are welcome to attend these webinars.

All participants MUST register using a valid WUN or ARUA member university email address. Any registrations that do not use a WUN or ARUA member university email address will not be confirmed.
