Conditions for booking RES Hub:
- Your event must be research related.
- You must be a UTS researcher, academic or professional staff member. RES Hub does not cater to undergraduate students.

We have the following facilities available to book:
- Event space: Capacity: 40-50, AV: Yes
- Meeting room: Capacity: 8, AV: Yes
- Self-recording studio: Capacity: 4, AV: Yes
- Whole venue: Capacity: 130, AV: Yes
- Co-working desks: Capacity: 15, AV: No

Booking RES Hub
To book RES Hub please send a booking request via email by clicking the blue button below. Let us know the requested facility, time and date by responding to these prompts:
Name of event: Event name
Event date: Requested day and date
Event start time: Please include 15-30mins bump in time
Event finish time: Please include 15-30mins bump out time
Number of people: How many people are attending your event?
Event description: Provide a brief description of your event.
Delivery: Is your event online, in-person or hybrid?
AV Support: Do you need AV support? Yes/No, If Yes, what support is needed?
Set up: How would you like the space set up? How would you like tables and chairs arranged? (boardroom style, u-shape, theatre style, standing only, clusters etc.)
Catering: Have you ordered catering?
Notes/other requirements: Do you have any other requirements or things we should know for your event?
