Research Outcomes Capability Framework
The Research Outcomes Capability framework is intended to offer something different. Directly aligned with the UTS Research Strategy and the values that underpin the research culture, the framework is about helping you to connect the development activities you choose to do with the outcomes you want to achieve in your research career.
The UTS Capability framework outlines the key foundational capabilities that should guide all development activities at UTS and focuses on self-awareness, relating to others, thinking style, and performance. The Research Outcomes Capability framework builds on these foundations, with a focus on the development of research talent at UTS. It is designed to help academics and professional staff create their own research developmental plan.
